Only correctly positioned qualities count. The program removes every code that disagrees with your recorded results, including partial 1- or 2-card offerings.
With 12 or fewer possibilities (3 slots), or 8 or fewer (4 slots), it exhaustively compares strategies to minimize expected additional cards, including the final winning offering. Earlier recommendations use a quality-first trimmed sweeper strategy. This is reliable and economical, but not guaranteed globally optimal.
Qualities range from 1–10, repeats are allowed, and all hidden codes are treated as equally likely. The solver does not know your card inventory. Feel free to edit recommendations if you are short on a particular quality.
Every game divisible by 5 automatically uses four slots. Infinity cards are not included in the ordinary optimizer because they automatically match and are too rare to treat as regular probes.
